Over a period of 30 years in the travel industry we have stayed at many place of accommodation all around the world, experienced the full spectrum from the bare basics to extreme luxury. The one thing that has always been important about this, is that if people know what they are in for, they are generally happy and satisfied. With STAYenRoute we strive to promote establishments that we have personal knowledge of and can therefore refer clients to with peace of mind. This is not a absolute guarantee but it is a good start. With STAYenRoute we are putting together a portfolio that we know will suit the standards that our customers want and need.

STAYenRoute commits to the following regarding or services we offer our clients and product owners.

•  we do our best to ensure that the establishments we promote will be owner operated
• we will select not more than 3 establishments per category per town, suburb or region
• we  have agreements with the owners/operators to ensure quality, value for money and expected service levels, per category
• we strive to ensure that you will not pay more by going directly to these establishments than by booking trough us, exclusive of specials
• we do all the booking and administrative arrangements as a service to our clients
• we only list establishments that we or our staff stayed at, thus our slogan “accommodation personalized”
• we place a premium on safety for our clients and belongings while staying at our handpicked establishments
• we are registered agents for all South Africa/Botswana & Namibian national parks. We can assist with bookings for all parks and it will cost clients the same as if they book directly. As agents we get commission on bookings.
