Day 1: Arrival at the Kigali International airport. On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be meet with a warm welcome by our company representative, exchange some money in local currency, drive to the hotel for a full day relaxation after your long flight with an optional city walk with your guide. Overnight at Hotel des Milles Collines

 

Day 2: City Tour +King Palace, Transfer to Nyungwe NP. After your breakfast, you will start your tour with your short Kigali City Tour you will be transferred to Nyungwe National Park, the home of Chimpanzee. The journey south Ouest passes through the beautiful terraced hillsides that characterize much of Rwanda’s landscape and visit Nyanza King Palace Museum with an afternoon Canopy walk adventure in Nyungwe Park. Day 3: Nyungwe Forest National Park + Chimpanzee trekking, Tea plantation lake Kivu. On this day you will enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a thrilling hike in search of chimpanzee communities. The Rwandan chimpanzee population is thought to consist of approx. 400-500 individuals, confined to the Nyungwe National Park, including a small community in the Cyamudongo Forest. Prepare to hear these excitable primates before you see them, as their pant-hoots travel through the deep forest. During your hike you may also spot migratory birdlife including the Ross’ turaco, grey-cheeked hornbill, red-breasted sparrow hawk and regal sunbird, later proceed with tea plantation experiences around the Park After these experiences, Leisure enjoys property amenities Overnight stay at Nyungwe Top Hill View Hotel

Day 4: Nyungwe Forest National Park, Colobus monkey trekking. On this day you will enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a thrilling hike in search of Colobus Monkeys communities. During your hike you may also spot migratory birdlife including the Ross’ turaco, grey-cheeked hornbill, red-breasted sparrow hawk and regal sunbird. After lunch, drive to the show of the lake Kivu. Day 5: Boating, Coffee experiences Crop to Cup, Volcanoes NP. After Breakfast, you will start you morning boat Cruise exploring different Islands located in the lake, on this day you will drive to Volcanoes National Park, on your way with stopover and enjoys the Rwanda coffee experiences at KOPAKAKI Cooperative. Overnight stay at Classic Lodge.

Day 6: Volcanoes National Park + Gorilla Trekking, Cultural Experiences. On this special day you will have the rare opportunity to observe the famous Rwandan mountain gorillas. Tracking the gorillas through the forested slopes of the Virunga is a magical experience. You will get to the gorillas, spend an hour with them, and be back at the base in time for lunch, upon arrival at the Lodge for Lunch enjoy Lunch at the Hotel or in local restaurant in Musanze City with an afternoon Cultural Experiences at the Gorilla Guardians former Ibyiwacu Cultural Village.  Day 7: Volcanoes National Park, Golden Monkey trekking. On this day you will depart for Golden Monkeys Trekking to observe the famous Rwandan mountain with an afternoon transfer back to Kigali for shopping, relax with transfer to the airport
