This ±290 kilometer gravel road takes you trough the heart of the Kalahari, running mostly  parallel to  the dry Kuraman River. If in a hurry, this can be done in 4-5 hours. Road conditions depend on the time of the year. However you can take your time and drink in the beauty and tranquility of this timeless Kalahari splendor by imitating the historic pioneers of this hinterland, traversing the unknown.
