Description

Kleinplasie Guesthouse is situated on a beautiful smallholding just 2km outside of the town of Calvinia in Hantam in the Northern Cape. The original farm buildings which is more than a 100 years old were restored into a guest farm in 2002. The property is managed and owned by the owners.Kleinplasie is a peaceful farm, about 3.5 hectares in size and boasts a beautiful garden with roaming farm animals such as sheep and ducks and lovely views of the Hantam mountains. Apart from bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation facilities Kleinplasie also offers guests caravan or camping facilities. Visitors can also enjoy the guest farm’s own restaurant and tea garden which are also available to the local community.

We offer four spacious double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and TV with DSTV. Two of the rooms operate as self-catering units and all are comfortably decorated. Kleinplasie Guesthouse serves breakfast exclusively to our guests. Kleinplasie also includes braai facilities, a dam for swimming and a beautiful garden.

The Camp:  There’s a small campsite with sheared ablutions, braai facilities and electric power.
