Description

The Sedia Riverside Hotel offers two star accommodation in Maun, the gateway to Botswana’s famous Okavango Delta. Sedia Riverside Hotel is built between the natural vegetation associated with its riverine open woodland setting. The abundance of trees, plants and accompanying undergrowth sustain the many species of smaller mammals, reptiles and birds that reside around the property. Situated only a short 5min drive away from Maun International Airport and guests often comment on the warm and welcoming atmosphere experienced on arrival. This special Sedia ambiance extends throughout our unique venue where you can relax and unwind whilst enjoying our swift personalized service at the same time. There is a meet and greet/lounge area at reception, indoor bar with pool table, restaurant, terrace bar with TV and outdoor dining area.  The large swimming pool is surrounded by a raised teak deck and shaded by an enormous jacaranda tree, where you can enjoy meals and refreshments including afternoon coffee and tempting pastries.

Facilities

There is a choice of accommodation and the warm décor and contemporary fittings ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. All of the rooms/cottages have close-by parking spaces which allow for unpacking, dusting off and repacking before your onward journey. An en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, super king-sized beds with pure cotton linen, ceiling fans, LCD TV’s with DSTV hotel package satellite channels, a fridge, tea/coffee station and a hair-dryer are standard.
